Virtual secretary

with our service contract our companies receive their own telephone number in the center. In the case of absence, they redirect the telephone number to our Call Center. A secretary voice reports itself there on behalf of the company. She then enters the caller on the database window of the company in the Internet application www.office.buchung030.de  The company immediately receives an e-mail. Also an SMS with caller name, recall number and request can be sent after every call.

Then open the explorer with the same address again, with

User name: Gast1, Kennwort:gast1

Gastadmin is a Call center- example, Gast1 one of the user.

 

You can then click to the middle “Neu” at “Gastadmin” in the column “Postausgang” (mail exit) and enter a message. After 1 minute you’ll see it in the column "Posteingang” (mail entry) at “Gast1” - this is also possible in reverse.

 

The companies have access to their database window over the above described Internet page. They can there give statements to the secretary at any time. They can tell to her where they are attainable; for whom they are not to be spoken and they can also set aside news for specific callers. Our secretary will carry out these statements then correspondingly.

Many of our companies have only a service contract, without their own office in the business centre !
